Off-Season Rates: 
begin May through Thursday, June 9th (Add $10 for Fri./Sat. nights, special events & Memorial weekend add $10 per night Thurs.5/23 thru Mon.5/27). Fri/Sat require a 2-night minimum. Accommodations with kitchens require a minimum of 3 nights. Anything less would be upon availability. Please call & we'd be happy to see what we could do. Note: Rates & above dates subject to change.

Peak-Season Rates:
begin Friday, June 10th through Saturday, Aug 17th. Labor Day weekend (Wed. 08/28 thru Mon. 09/02) & Columbus Day weekend (Thurs. 10/03 thru Mon.10/07) & special events are included unless otherwise advertised. Labor Day & Columbus Day weekend require a minimum of 3 nights. During our peak-season our studio style cabins with kitchen facilities and our full-size cottage require a 3-night minimum. Our accommodations without kitchen facilities require a 2-night minimum. Anything less would depend upon availability. Please call & we'd be happy to see what we could do. Note: Rates & above dates subject to change.

Full Size Cottage & Cabin Style Motel

We have several types of studio style cabins (maximum size bed = queen). Two are kitchenettes. Some accommodate 1-2 people while others can accommodate up to 4 people. 
We also have our full-size cottage, the "Loft", (with queen beds) can accommodates 1 to 4. The "Loft" cottage along with our studio kitchenettes have kitchens equipped to take care of your vacation needs.
Note: You are welcome to bring exterior cooking devices such as camp stoves, etc., but we prohibit the use of additional cooking devices such as hot plates, extra microwaves, etc. for interior use.

We offer savings of 5%-10% off nightly rates when stays are 5 nights or longer (not valid during Holiday times or Special Events).   • All of our accommodations have private bathrooms
  • Our studio style cabins have dorm size refrigerators & the studio kitchenettes have refrigerators, stove top burners, coffee pots & microwaves 
  • Just to help you escape for a few days the TV's for our studio style cabins receive no signal but can be used as a monitor for your travel DVD player or a DVD Player can be checked out in our office with a refundable $30 deposit. In addition we have placed radios in each of our accommodations for music, weather & news. We also have a great selection of DVD's to choose from in our office.
  • Cookware, utensils(cabins with kitchen facilities), linens, and towels are provided but please bring your beach towels.
